These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Boston Movers Today website, services, and products, including any applications, platforms, and content provided by Boston Movers Today (collectively, the “Services”). Use our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of our Services in any manner. d. Reverse engineer any aspect of our Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of our Services. e. Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access any feature or area of our Services that you are not authorized to access. f. Develop or use any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent, including any scripts designed to scrape or extract data from our Services. g. Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
5. User Content

Except for the license you grant below, you retain all rights in and to your User Content, as between you and Boston Movers Today.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boston Movers Today and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or youruse of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
7. Payment and Billing Information
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Boston Movers Today, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
